UKICC Celebrates Raw Mango at London Fashion Week 2026
Congratulations to Raw Mango on its standout presentation at London Fashion Week on 23rd February. We at UKICC are delighted to see such a meaningful showcase in London, reflecting the growing cultural dialogue between the UK and India.
Presenting its Fall Winter 2026 collection, It’s Not About The Flower, founder and designer Sanjay Garg offered a thoughtful perspective rooted in South Asian tradition. Drawing inspiration from the garland—an everyday yet deeply symbolic element—the collection explored how meaning emerges through repetition, arrangement, and collective form rather than individual motifs.

On the runway, floral elements became integral to the structure of each garment, with handcrafted silk flowers carefully constructed and placed across silhouettes ranging from soft drapes to sculptural forms. A largely monochrome palette, punctuated by subtle bursts of colour, reinforced the focus on textile, weave, and construction—challenging conventional expectations of Indian fashion on the global stage.
For UKICC, this moment reflects more than a fashion milestone. It highlights the strength of creative exchange between the UK and India, where heritage, craftsmanship, and contemporary ideas intersect. Raw Mango’s presence in London reinforces how cultural narratives can travel authentically, without compromise.
As the brand approaches its 18th year, this showcase marks another step in bringing Indian design stories to a wider global audience—something UKICC is proud to champion and celebrate.
